If your knees were bothering you last year, the start of 2026 is a great time to finally get on top of it – so you’re not putting up with the same pain all year.
To make that first step easier, we’ve launched our Express Knee Info Clinic at AHF Physiotherapy in the Brisbane CBD.
What is the Express Knee Info Clinic?
The Express Knee Info Clinic is a short, in-person 15-minute chat with a physio (no hands-on treatment) focused purely on quick, clear advice about your knee pain or flare-ups.
It’s ideal if:
- You’ve been told to just “live with it”
- Your pain comes and goes and you’re not sure what to do
- You’re heading away, getting back into sport, or ramping up your training direction or twisting movements
- You want to know what’s safe, and what’s not, for your knees
What you get in 15 minutes
In your Express Knee Info session, your physio will:
- Listen to what’s been going on with your knees
- Ask a few key questions to understand your pain pattern
- Give you practical advice on what to do (and what to avoid)
- Outline a simple plan for next steps if you need full treatment (whether that’s seeing a GP, physio, massage therapist or PT)
Details:
- $45 per session – health-fund rebatable
- 15-minute sessions – focused on advice and guidance
- Available Mondays & Wednesdays at AHF Physiotherapy
Not ready to come in, but have a question?
If you’ve got a question about your knees (or anything else physio-related), you can still reach out. Send us an email and our team will answer common questions in upcoming blog articles.
